Mr. Hardin has over 26 years
of commercial real estate experience in a variety of disciplines with a
focus on representing tenants, landlords and property owners. Prior to
joining J.H. Berry & Gilbert, Inc., Mr. Hardin was with a local
commercial real estate firm and he had previously formed, with two
partners, Highland Realty Services, L.L.C., a commercial real estate
services and investment firm. Previous to Highland Realty Services, Mr.
Hardin was the regional partner for a South Carolina-based land
development and investment company. Prior to that he spent over 6 years
as a director in the development group for a Birmingham, Alabama
regional commercial development firm. Mr. Hardin spent the previous 8
years in the Washington, DC and Dallas/ Fort Worth markets leasing
office and warehouse properties for Trammell Crow Company and Lincoln
Property Company, two national commercial development firms.
