Aug 4, 2015: Beacon Parkway Office Building Sold to Louisiana Investor

Philip Currie and John Hardin were referenced in the Birmingham Business Journal regarding the recent purchase of a 30,000-square-foot Homewood office building located at 301 Beacon Parkway. The two-story office building, known as the Insight Center, was purchased by Cobalt Realty LLC for $2 million. Philip Currie and John Hardin represented the seller.
