December 16, 2014: Historic A.B. Loveman Residence Acquired by Birmingham Attorney

The historic A.B. Loveman residence in Highland Park has been purchased by Candace Peebles, a matrimonial and family law attorney in Birmingham, Ala. Philip Currie represented Ms. Peeples in the purchase. The Neoclassical home was built in 1928 and is located in the central district of the Highland area at 2956 Rhodes Circle South. Read article.

McConnell White Terry Realty and Insurance Co. purchased the 6,600 square foot Riverchase office building at 101 Riverchase Parkway for $1.1 million. John Hardin represented the buyer in the transaction. The space is currently unoccupied and for lease. Read article.

October 23, 2014: John Hardin and Matthew Day Referenced in the Birmingham Business Journal Regarding Occupational Health Dynamics’ Headquarter Relocation

Occupational Heath Dynamics (OHD), an occupational health care equipment provider that has expanded its services to most of the United States and Canada, has purchased an 8,086 square foot office building on John Hawkins Parkway for $620,000. Today, Peak Season, a casual outdoor furniture and decorative accessory wholesaler, completed its renovation and re-purposing of 2800 Crestwood Blvd. office park. The space has been redesigned to serve as the primary warehouse distribution center and corporate office for the company.
