Doug Stockham represented the owner of the One Highland Place office building in the extension of a Lease to Rheumatology Associates.

Doug Stockham represented the owner of the Cobb Lane mixed use complex in the Lease of the Signature House to Black & White, Inc.

Industrial Leases:

Philip Currie represented Trans Intermodal in the lease of a 3 acre lot at 3855 Industrial Drive, Tarrant, Alabama.

Christopher Thames and Philip Currie represented Office Park Partners, LLC, the Lessor of a 12,000 square foot industrial building to Atlas Copco in the Business Circle Office Park in Pelham, Alabama.

Bill Gunn represented the owner of the office building at 1201 2 nd Avenue North in the extension of a Lease of 8,000 square feet to Alabama Business Furnishings, Inc.

Bill Gunn represented the Lessor of Brook Highland Center in the lease of 8,000 square feet to the Church of the Highlands.

Retail Leases:

Bill Gunn represented the owner of the office/retail building at 2814 Petticoat Lane in Mountain Brook Village in the Lease of 2,550 square feet to Rast-Sherrill, Inc.

Office Leases:

Doug Stockham represented the owner of the One Highland Place office building in the renewal of a 14,803 square foot lease to University of Alabama Health Services.

Doug Stockham represented the owner of the One Highland Place office building in the extension of a 9,689 square foot lease to Rheumatology Associates, P.C.

Doug Stockham represented Borland, Benefield, Crawford & Webster, P.C., Inc. in the lease of 6,612 square feet at the Southbridge office building.

Building Sales:

Bill Gunn represented the seller and purchaser in the sale of a building at 1713 2nd Avenue South at a price of $330,000.

Land Sales:

Matthew Day represented the purchaser of an 0.5 acre commercial parcel in Pelham for a price of $230,000.

Bill Gunn and Philip Currie represented the Alabama Management Services, Inc. in the purchase of 2.54 ± acre lot at Lakeshore Crossing at a price of $425,973.

Doug Stockham and Philip Currie represented the owner of the Ram Environmental building in the lease of 720 square feet to Racefan, Inc.

Investment Sales:

J. H. Berry & Gilbert, Inc. represented the seller of the LaVista Apartments on Southside for $400,000.

J. H. Berry & Gilbert, Inc. represented the owner of the 114 unit Timberline West apartments for the price of $3,250,000.

J. H. Berry & Gilbert, Inc. represented the seller of the 110 unit East Bend apartments at a price of $2,475,000.

Office Building Sales:

Bill Gunn represented the seller of an 8,000 square foot office building in downtown Birmingham.

Land Sales:

Matthew Day represented the seller of a four acre commercial parcel in Calera for $525,000.
