Berry & Gilbert, Inc. represented the seller of the 8-unit Brookmont Apartments on Clairmont Avenue at a price of $380,000. Office Building Sales: Bill Gunn represented the Purchaser of a 13,000 square foot three-story office building at 2121 1st Avenue North which is being renovated for office use. Doug Stockham represented the Lessee, Bhate Environmental, in its leasing of 2,000 square feet of office space in Fort Walton, Florida. Doug Stockham represented City Scape Development in the lease of 2112 Morris Avenue. Industrial Leases: Christopher Thames and Philip Currie represented the Lessor of the Old Leeds Park office warehouse property in the lease of 5,014 square feet to Sprayroq. Matthew Day represented J. F. Day and Company, Inc. in the lease of a 48,600 square foot industrial space at 250 Lyon Lane.
