Nancy joined J.H. Berry & Gilbert, Inc. in 1989 as Staff Accountant working directly with the Controller, managing all aspects of corporate finances for the company. In 1997, she was promoted to Office Manager and is primarily responsible for residential accounting and all J.H. Berry and Gilbert, Inc personnel and human resource issues.

Prior to joining J.H. Berry & Gilbert, Inc, Nancy worked in the mortgage industry for 12 years.
