In 1974 Bill began his career with Molton Allen and Williams and, with partners, purchased Molton Realty Development, a division of Molton, Allen & Williams, in 1977. He remained with the firm following its acquisition by J.H. Berry in 1986. Bill specializes in industrial real estate leases and sales. Bill has oversight responsibility for all commercial and industrial property operations.
